My strategic consulting work helps leaders make sense of where they are, what matters most, and how they want to move forward - particularly during periods of change or uncertainty.

Rather than offering technical strategy or conventional organisational development processes, I work relationally and contextually alongside leaders, to understand the culture, values, and dynamics shaping their organisation, and to build the kind of leadership the organisation seeks to embody.
